Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Mgmt Trainee
A two year program for recent Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering graduates. This program is designed to provide the trainee experience in the various functions of Aircraft Engineering in the Aircraft Maintenance function while also developing their management skills. Candidates should possess; excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated analytical approach to solve complex issues, ability to apply engineering principles to assess aircraft design and repair issues, mechanical aptitude to interface with personnel in a maintenance environment, ability to articulate engineering solutions to people without engineering backgrounds, work in a team environment and have the ability lead a project to closure.
OTHER CRITERIA:
Employer will not sponsor visas for position.
Must be an Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering graduate Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
