Claims AdjusterThis position is a great opportunity for a skilled claims adjuster who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and would like to grow with a strong, stable company.
If you are a helpful, empathetic, organized team player with a strong track record or negotiating rates with vendors, have previous experience in HVAC or Plumbing industries and possess strong customer service skills, Home Warranty of America wants you as part of our Claims Adjusting Team.
The incumbent will be approving claims with our qualified sub-contractors, explain warranty coverage to homeowners and help our customers through the claims process while troubleshooting any claim issues that may arise with our sub-contractors.
Requirements:
2 years experience as a Claims Adjuster
Previous HVAC or Plumbing experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to Multi-Task
Positive
Goal Oriented
Strong Negotiating and problem solving skills
Organized
Strong Customer Service skills
