Customer Service Team Lead
The incumbent will be working in a call center monitoring agent calls, measuring productivity and researching and handling claim issues. This position also includes processing claims for homeowners, processing orders and at times answering a wide variety of questions from real estate agents and homeowners. This position requires the candidate to have supervisory experience in a call center environment, be a good listener, be empathetic to customers problems and be able to make independent decisions.
