FedEx is currently seeking a Product Marketing Director for their location in Dallas, TX (relocation assistance could be offered). The Product Marketing Director leads the strategic product positioning and management of a $1+ billion product portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Product Marketing Director:
Exemplify and lead a product management discipline, identifying appropriate product strategies for each product category
Clearly identifies needs and decision making hierarchies for current and prospective customers
Manages market facing strategic opportunity investigation, including development of hypotheses and work approaches, all analyses and formulation of recommendations
Identifies new product opportunities adjacent to current lines, and analyzes new markets consistent with the FedEx Office brand
Develops and implements strategic metrics, analyzes them and develops appropriate strategies to deliver resultsÂ
Quarterbacks all product development, prioritization, and deployment in a collaborative fashion across the operating company and enterprise, orchestrating resources in a collaborative style with an unyielding drive for results
Leverages Company processes to maximum advantage and deftly navigates through them to drive product performance
Creates competitive advantage through product portfolio management and strategy development
Clearly communicate a product vision and strategy to all levels of the company. Gain buy-in and support through 1:1 relationship building, persuasive communications in small group settings, and engage and inspire larger groupsÂ
In collaboration with the FXO Promotions Director, helps to shape the product promotional strategy, investment, and implementationÂ
Expertise in the use of data analysis to identify opportunities, creates and validates strategies, and takes advantage of quick win opportunitiesÂ
Effectively leads a people-focused, results-oriented culture that inspires passion in each individual and creates a positive and rewarding work experience
