Driver - Dedicated Truck Driver - Class A CDL
Join our Dedicated Support Fleet in this unique, exciting and challenging position which serves a wide variety of our Dedicated customers within a region. Our Dedicated Support truck drivers not only provide surge support and vacation coverage, they also assist with new business start ups for our Dedicated division within a region. This PositionFeatures:
Weekly time at home
Primary travel area is within 400 miles of Carlisle, PA
Drivers will support various dedicated accounts. Must be flexible with work schedule and work assignment
Multi stop loads (1-5) fill driver hand unloads with the assistance of roller sections that hook into stretch rollers at the customer.
Accounts you could be supporting: JC Penney, Target, Walmart, PolyOne, Chep, Kraft, Apria Healthcare and Ford
Eligible Candidates Include:
Experienced OTR drivers with at least 6 months of tractor trailer driving
Haz mat endorsement desired at time of hire but will have 60 days to obtain
TWIC and or Passport card desired
Pay and Benefits:
Weekly salary paid
Quarterly performance bonus
Annual earning will range between $44,000 and $50,500 based on experience level

401k plan with CO match after 3 months
Paid vacation after 1 year
Paid orientation
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
Minimum of 6 months of OTR experience
Haz Mat endorsement at time of hire or within 60 days of being hired
TWIC card desired as is Passport or FAST card
Strong backing skills a plus
Good customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
