FMV Imagery Analysts STL

The Boeing Company has a requirement for contract services to provide subject matter expertise (SME). The primary mission is to provide national policymakers with the most accurate and up-to-date geospatial intelligence, thereby helping them with decisions affecting national security issues. The SMEs shall be responsible for analyzing and integrating geospatial intelligence from all collection sources available, to include counterterrorism assessments supporting special operations. Personnel will operate in a 24x7 shift work environment as essential personnel, providing hands-on full-motion video (fmv) imagery analysis, producing intelligence on counterterrorism issues. Required Skills: a) Background in terrorism issues, b) Strong knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities. Preferred Imagery Analysts considered for this position would have a working knowledge of the following systems and software programs: REMOTEVIEW, IEC, NES and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing and email. Desired skills and experience are a) Attended either the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program or equivalent, b) Four years full motion video imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level, c) Knowledgeable on the imagery collection process. The work will be performed in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 4 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Other Job related information
This position requires a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access. Candidates must be willing to complete a CI polygraph examination. Applicants MUST include their Security Clearance and Access Level clearly on their resume.
