Human Resource Business Partner - PROF: HUMAN RESOURCES

Human Resource Business Partner - Las Vegas, Nevada US


The Human Resource Business Partner administers company-wide Human Resource and Employee Relations functions including: recruitment, credentialing, orientation, training and employee health, welfare and retirement. Acts as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve issues and ensure positive employee relations. Ensures all HR programs and plan provisions are followed and administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. Performs other HR generalist duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

3-5 years HR generalist experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities and prioritize

Ability work independently and within a team environment

Proficiency with Microsoft office products, Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
