Job Description: This entry-level I.T. Associate will be a member of a UPS Information Services development team responsible for high-performance, real-time applications that are operations critical for the UPS Mail Innovations unit.
Activities include:
Development and maintenance of real-time database driven tracking, sortation applications, configuration and control components, system performance monitors, system diagnostics and troubleshooting tools.
This I.T. Associate will be responsible for participation in requirements analysis, technical designs, coding, unit testing, quality assurance and production support.
