Job Description

The Print and Mail Configuration Analyst I assists other team members with the various activities associated with the implementation and configuration of software to meet specific business needs. Inputs software configuration changes and documents research, issues and plans.

Job Essentials

1. Documents methods of implementation being developed by marketing. Assists other team members with the various activities associated with the implementation and configuration of software to meet specific business needs.
2. Inputs software configuration changes. Documents research, issues and plans.
3. Inputs configuration changes and attaches plan product pieces.
4. Maintains the integrity of Benefit Systems structures and designs by ensuring consistency in product management, non-panel provider and pricing administration.
5. Maintains and updates documentation on all plan designs and provider maintenance. Maintains library of all documentation and manuals.
6. Documents system and customer issues and associated resolution. Runs reports to verify accuracy and integrity of data. Assists with running basic queries.
7. Maintains provider adds and changes.  

Minimum Requirements

• Two years experience in a health care or health insurance organization.
• One year system maintenance experience.
• Intermediate skills with spreadsheets, databases and word processing systems.

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VB Script and XML

• Facets knowledge.
• Knowledge of SelectHealth products.

• Experience with Variable Print, Planet Press, or other print software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skill
• Able to work well without supervision and under pressure, be capable of meeting deadlines and able to understand technical information
