REM Woodvale, a part of REM Minnesota, supports children and adults with a range of challenges including intellectual and developmental disabilities and brain injury. In a variety of home and community-based program settings, REM Woodvale offers residential services with supports tailored to the needs of each individual as well as family support, parent training, respite and other specialized services to help individuals be as independent as possible.

REM Woodvale is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations of one to four programs in a community or small geographic area. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.
Qualifications
Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred plus two to three years of experience in the human services industry
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
• For the State of Arizona, Behavior Health programs must meet BHT requirements
