Major Job Duties Include: * Program responsibility for Park Assist System and Rear View Camera projects in NAFTA * First line interface to customer * Manage program from cradle to grave * Manage Budget, Cost, timing, resources and quality of deliverables * Manage cross functional (international) team (inside and outside) * Report status to senior management and apply risk mitigation principles
Minimum: * Bachelor's Degree in a technical field * 10+ years of automotive engineering experience * 5+ years of experience in Project Management or as a Project Lead. * Experience with full life cycle product development launches * Good program management skills * Experience with automotive electronics * Experience in working with international team * Strong communication skills * Strong leadership skills of a cross functional team
Desired: * BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering * PMP certification * Good problem solving and negotiation skills
