Products include spark plugs, wiper blades, filters, alternators, starters, gasoline and diesel fuel injection components and more. The division is committed to developing innovative products to ensure that motorists get premium performance products to keep their vehicles running like new. Job Description : Serve as the point of contact for internal and external customers who interact with the internet channel and function as the subject matter expert for all e-commerce applications and business initiatives. Design, develop and maintain e-commerce applications, systems, and web sites. Facilitate regular coordination through Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for research, troubleshooting, and providing functional expertise, support, and guidance to ensure capatability with programs and initiatives within their responsibility. Develop and maintain the process and supporting portfolio of vendors, awareness training, technology and reporting tools to meet business objectives and provide better support in the e-commerce arena and develop relationships and opportunities with our distribution. Provide critical input to all initiatives to drive and help prioritize improvement and efficiencies. Manage e-commerce sites (B2B, B2C, B2E) and support channel partner e- commerce activities to drive Bosch sales. Job Requirements : BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years experience in Marketing Communications field with 1+ yr of specialized professional exoperience in e-commerce. Solid experience in training and customer service with fundamental understanding of ERP systems (SAP a plus). Preferred: not required: Knowledge of HTML, CRM, CMS, email Marketing and Web technologies. Experience with developing and analyzing performance tracking reports to highlight key insights and opportunities.
