Job Description: This position is in the Engineering Group of the Telecommunication Operations and Maintenance
(TOM) task order in support of the Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM)
Telephone, Wireless and Data (TWD) organization
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Provide maintenance and support for billing and management systems.
• Provide enhancements to systems to support engineers and project Managers. • Provide Maintenance and
Debugging of PL/SQL procedures • Provide Maintenance of table data that falls outside the realm of existing
applications or procedures • Develop new Tables and Procedures when new applications require. • Maintenance of
Production Web Servers • Provide backup support for other web servers when Windows Administrator is unavailable.
• Maintain SharePoint site • Perform Application acceptance testing • Fix Drive mappings and permissions; Experience
and knowledge with Oracle, Coldfusion, Web development, .Net, Maintenance and support of production systems; 8+
years of relevant experience & BS in computer science; Prior experience working within the Department of State IRM
bureau will be considered as a significant plus. Candidates must be willing to travel within the Washington, DC Metro
area in support of various program initiatives.
Required Clearance: Secret
